Booth Exhibition at Toyota Systems Event

Toyota Tsusho Corporation (“Toyota Tsusho”) announced today that it exhibited products from the PATCHWORKS® project at the textile recycling corner of the Toyota Tsusho Group’s event celebrating the fifth anniversary of the founding of Toyota Systems Corporation.

The booth featured samples of horizontally recycled polyester and cotton clothing, as well as NetPlus, a recycled nylon derived from fishing nets, to introduce to employees and families textile recycling. Toyota Systems Corporation is one of the partner companies of the PATCHWORKS® project and has been actively involved in SDG-related activities. This year, they conducted a clothing collection, and the textiles were recycled by our partner company, Nakano Co., Ltd.

Through the PATCHWORKS® project, we aim to become the leading circular economy provider in the textile and fashion industry.
